United Multi Family (UMF) brokered the sale of a 16-unit apartment building at 280 Hyde Park Ave. for $3 million ($187,500 per unit). Richard Cawley and Jason Braun of UMF handled the sale. The brick residences were built in 1960 and consisted of 15 two-bedroom and 1 one-bedroom apartment with several off street parking spaces. The building was sold by HB Management LLC to Edwidge Development Trust in an all-cash deal. The gross annual income at the time of sale was $255,072.
