On May 30, Kinlin Grover Commercial brokered the sale of two properties and on June 4 closed on a third. The properties at 15 and 21 Cranberry Hwy. were 15,537 s/f and 27,013 s/f of unimproved land respectively, sold for $875,000 and 11 Cranberry Highway is 4,560 s/f of land improved with a 1,400 s/f building sold for $300,000.
