Sidney Spiegel, vice president of NE Moves Mortgage, Commercial Division, arranged a $9.5 million construction loan for Piedmont Park Sq. The loan will finance the construction of an 8 unit condominium project in the Bay Village section of the city. The loan was funded by a major regional bank that saw the value of the project to the community. The site will consist of townhouses and floor-thru condominium units. It will also include a sub-grade parking garage. Piedmont Park Sq. will put an emphasis on sustainable design and construction. The units will feature high end appliances such as Thermador, Sub Zero and Bosch.
