The Beacon Group has purchased List Logistics & Distribution, a 3rd party logistics and distribution provider. With this acquisition, The Beacon Group will take control of all of List's assets and real estate and has formed a wholly owned subsidiary to be named BPL - Beacon Performance Logistics. George Yfantopulos, CEO of The Beacon Group will remain CEO of The Beacon Group but will take on the day-to-day management of BPL as the company's president. Included in the acquisition of List Logistics is a 100,000 s/f distribution center in Readville. George Schindler, former president of List Logistics, will serve as vice president of operations for the newly formed BPL.
