Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty handles $2.125 million building purchase; Aho of O'Brien Commercial reps seller, 321 Central Street LLC

Craig Johnston, senior vice president of R.W. Holmes Realty represented Interim Furnishings, LLC in the sale of 321 Central St. for $2.125 millon. Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial represented the seller, 321 Central Street LLC. 321 Central St. is a 46,000 s/f flex and warehouse building situated on 4.85 acres and located near I-495. The new owner plans to renovate the building and occupy the entire building. Interim Furnishings was founded in 2006, the owner a former residential realtor who saw first-hand how real estate staging helped her clients sell their homes quickly and for a higher profit. The business was created as a result of the strong need for exquisite furnishings on a temporary basis. Since 1976 R.W.
