In representing the seller, KGI Properties, Day provided valuable insight and collaboration between KGI and the new owner, Waterstone Scarborough LLC. Construction of a 113,890 s/f retail center with 450 space parking lot has commenced. As much of the space has already been pre-leased to national retailers, there are currently only a few units left.
