Other tenants include State of New Hampshire Liquor Store, Christina’s Country Café, Bleu Tangerine Salon & Dry Spa, Kelly Cleaners, Lobster Q, and Osaka Hibachi Restaurant. The sale price of the plaza was $3.1 million according to the Registry of Deeds. The sale transaction was handled for Quick Stop Properties, LLC by Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.
