Andrew Galvin of CBRE/NE and Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of 30 Kenny Dr. for $1.975 million. The buyer, 30 Kenny Drive LLC will locate their business, SyQwest Inc. in the facility. Galvin represented the seller, NEREEF Cranston LLC, while Mitchell IV represented the buyer.
