Vision 3 Architects completes 24,000 s/f Balise Subaru dealership

Vision 3 Architects completed the new Balise Subaru dealership. The one level, 24,000 s/f dealership includes 10,000 s/f of showroom and offices, 4,000 s/f of service drive-in, and 10,000 s/f service area. The facility features a reception area, showroom, offices, customer lounge, service drive-thru, service bays, parts storage, and supportive utility spaces. The Warwick dealership moved from Post Rd. to the new building on Rte. 2. Construction Management was by New England Construction.
