NAI Hunneman has brokered a 7,912 s/f five-year lease at 100 Cummings Center to CNE Direct, a global leader in computer hardware re-distribution. Mike McCarthy, associate, and David Gilke, senior vice president, both of NAI Hunneman, represented the tenant, Salem, Mass.-based CNE Direct. Brendan Daly of Cummings Properties, the landlord, represented Cummings Properties, a Woburn-based real estate development and property management firm with more than 70 commercial buildings and 9 million s/f in 10 Massachusetts communities.
