Avison Young has brokered a 4,535 s/f office lease at 65 Franklin St. in downtown, bringing the building to full occupancy. Cadio Inc., doing business as Locately, will be moving its operations to 65 Franklin St.
The Avison Young team led by Matt Twombly, a vice president in the Boston office, and principal Karyn McFarland represented the landlord, The Finch Group.

The 22,000 s/f building features a new lobby, modern building systems, and easy access to public transportation via Downtown Crossing Station and South Station. Additionally, the property provides tenants with ample parking two blocks from the facility.
