Duffy Properties re-signed a 10 year, 16,500 s/f lease with LaVallee's Bakery Distributors at their current 117 Beaver St. location. Since May 2002, LaVallee's has conducted business at Waverley Oaks Office Park which consists of 1.2 million s/f of which 422,000 s/f is warehouse and flex space. LaVallee's was represented by Ty Janney, principal of Landmark Real Estate Advisors. Waverley Oaks Office Park is represented by executive vice president Steve James and senior associate Jason Rexinis of NAI Hunneman.
