HFF has closed the sale of Waterbury Plaza, a 141,443 s/f, grocery-anchored retail center.
HFF marketed the property exclusively on behalf of the seller, Kimco Realty Corp. Slate Properties, Inc. purchased the asset for $27.15 million.
Waterbury Plaza is located at 410 Reidville Dr., adjacent to I-84, 16 miles north of New Haven. The fully leased center is anchored by Stop & Shop and Raymour & Flanigan.
The HFF investment sales team was led by senior managing director Jim Koury.
