Scanlon of Colliers International completes $500,000 sale

Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, represented NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire in the purchase of vacant land on Mammoth Rd. Commonly known as "Whittemore Estates," the 20-acre lot will be home to a new 78-unit affordable housing project. According to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $500,000. Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM of Colliers International's Manchester office represented the buyer and assisted the seller.
