O'Brien Commercial Props.' Aho brokers $900,000 sale for M.B. Realty

M.B. Realty Corp. purchased the 20,000 s/f Industrial building at 10 Stevens Rd. for $900,000. The building was fully leased to a single tenant at the time of the sale. Joel Aho, senior associate, O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. procured the buyer and Tuomo Peltokangas of Commonwealth Property Associates represented the seller in the transaction.
