According to Cardente Real Estate, Cotton Street Holdings LLC has purchased a two-family building at 93 Washington Ave. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, Stephen Ryder, by Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the buyer by Jed Rathband of Keller Williams.
