According to Barbara Pearce, president of Pearce Real Estate Company, Phil Barber and Dave Melillo, of Pearce Commercial's North Haven office, have completed a sale transaction at 476 Washington Ave. The sale price was $815,000.
The buyer, Neptune LLC, plans to build a full-service restaurant featuring an extensive menu with take-out and delivery options. The opening is planned for this month.
Melillo represented the seller, Amy Difazio, trustee for this transaction. Barber represented the buyer, Neptune LLC.
In another transaction, Chris Nolan, of Pearce Commercial's North Haven office, has concluded his marketing efforts with the sale of another commercial office condominium in "Sturbridge Commons" professional condominium office park, located at 250 State St. in North Haven. The unit sold for $269,000.
The space, Unit J-1, measures 2,096 s/f, and is a first floor walk-in unit. It was the former home to a private financial services organization. The buyer, RPP Properties LLC, was formerly a tenant in a different unit in the same commercial condominium complex.
Nolan exclusively represented the seller, RAB Properties, LLC. The buyer, RPP Properties, LLC, was represented by Joel Nesson with Press Cuozzo Realtors.
