Current tenants in the center, which is located on a 23-acre parcel at 175 High St., includes Shaw's, Reny's, Family Dollar, Wendy's, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, and several local area businesses. Dan Greenstein arranged the transaction. * 11 Shepley Associates purchased a 40-unit apartment building at 11 Shepley St. in Portland from seller Everett Chambers, LP. Joe Porta, SIOR, arranged the transaction. * JAF Realty, LLC purchased a multi-tenanted retail center at 262 U.S. Route One in Freeport from seller Kevmer Corp.
