Campanelli Construction has completed construction of the 370,000 s/f renovation of O'Reilly Auto Parts distribution center.

Located at 15 Independence Dr., O'Reilly purchased this Class A industrial asset in the fall of 2013. The distribution center, previously built by Campanelli Construction for another client in 2000, underwent significant interior renovations. The building, electrical and mechanical systems were all upgraded, conveyor and racking systems were installed and an office, conference and training area were incorporated into the building.
Devens continues to be a hub for manufacturing and distribution facilities in Mass. The city is geographically central to major cities in New England; Devens is 35 miles northwest of Boston, 30 miles from Worcester, 37 miles from Manchester, N.H. and 67 miles Providence. O'Reilly's new facility is part of a 4,400 acre master-planned business park named the Devens Commerce Center.
Campanelli Const. is working on construction projects across the U.S. Most recently they broke ground on Upland Woods Apartments, a 262-unit apartment community in Norwood, Mass. Upland Woods Apartments will feature a range of apartment styles arranged in seven, four-story buildings each with elevator service along with a clubhouse, pool, and a wide range of other amenities. The project will be will be ready to move in its first residents during the summer of 2015 and is expected to be complete early the following year.
Another current Campanelli Construction project is the renovation of High Point Hospital in Middleborough, Mass. This vacant former Cranberry Specialty Hospital is being transformed into a state-of-the-art 72-bed psychiatric hospital.

The company offered a custom, strategic pre-construction service for the project, enabling its success after an extensive permitting and approval process."
