Jewett Construction Co., Inc. (JCCI) has promoted Steve Harris to senior project manager. Harris joined Jewett Construction in the spring of 2011, bringing an extensive background in all manner of commercial construction including federal, municipal, manufacturing, retail, educational and automotive projects.
As senior project manager for JCCI, Harris is responsible for managing all operations of the company as pertains to the various projects undertaken by its three divisions-overseeing and coordinating all necessary resources and personnel, from start-up through closeout, for their management and completion.
Harris will manage Jewett's most challenging and technically complex projects, while also supervising a staff of project managers, project coordinators and job superintendents.
Also, Jon Warner, a former JCCI intern, has been hired as project coordinator working under Harris to assist the project management team.
Other duties include team recruitment, the ongoing development of Jewett's award-winning safety culture, and liaising with owners, architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors and subcontractors.

Warner is a graduate of the Thompson School of Applied Sciences at UNH where his concentrations included construction management and architecture,.
