Cawley and Braun of United Multi Family broker $6.725 million sale

United Multi Family brokered the sale of the Stafford Place Apartments, a 114-unit apartment building at 56 St Joseph St. for $6.725 million ($58,991 per unit). Rich Cawley and Jason Braun of UMF handled both sides of the transaction with financing provided by Eastern Bank. The property is a five-story brick elevator building built in 1897 and rehabbed in the late 1980's. The apartments consist of 59-two bedrooms, 43-one bedrooms and 12-studios with the two bedrooms having 2 baths. The units have high ceilings, exposed brick walls and off street parking for the tenants. UMF specializes in the sale of multi-family properties throughout the Northeast and has sold over 500 buildings since it's inception in 1998.
