SVT Realty Trust has purchased the townhouse riverfront apartment building at 5-19 River Rd. The property contains nine 2-bedroom apartment units and was sold, fully rented, for $700,000. Eric O'Brien and Joseph Belsito of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller, River Street Property Management, LLC and procured the buyer.
