What your firm does now and its plans for the future: We work with businesses to help them comply with the many and ever-changing employment and labor laws, which include laws governing discrimination and harassment, wage and hour matters, leaves of absence and disability accommodations, non-competition and other employment agreements, handbook policies and more. We represent these clients in litigation when their compliance is tested before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. We work collaboratively with our clients and opposing counsel in those matters to resolve disputes favorably for our clients.
