On Wednesday, November 12, 2014, ClockTower Enterprises, Inc. of Boston, sold the industrial property located at 54 Graham Rd., to Melbourne Distributors, LLC, of Fairhaven, Mass. The selling price was $1.205 million. The property, located in the Greater Fall River Industrial Park, consists of a 52,000 s/f building sited on a 6.95 acre site located at the southeast corner of Airport and Graham Rds. Giroux and Company of Fall River, a real estate firm, represented both the seller and buyer. Bernard Giroux of Giroux & Company was the broker for the transaction. The property shall be used as a warehouse and distribution facility.
