Barrett Holby and Michael Alves of KW Commercial Realty have completed the $4.25 million sale of the Whalers Hotel at 20 Main St. This is a landmark sale for the town. The past owners have run the operations for 20 years and feel they are passing the torch to a capable group that will continue the values of this hotel.
