United Multi Family brokered the sale of two 6-unit apartment buildings located at 11 Dana Ave, Hyde Park, for $1.15 million ($191,667 per unit) and 6 Lesher St., Roslindale for $885,000 ($147,500 per unit). Jason Braun of UMF handled both sales. The properties sold at a CAP rate of 6 and 5.21% respectively. Both buildings were built sometime around 1920. The seller on both was HB Management with the buyer being a local investor who obtained financing through Mansfield Savings Bank.
