Doug Nedde and Larry Williams of Redstone in partnership with Peter Richardson of Housing Strategies, Inc. have purchased the 30,800 s/f Shelburne Inn and Motel for $1.6 million. The property was purchased from Steve Smith and Family of the Shelburne Inn Corp.
