Vidal/Wettenstein completes three transactions totaling 21,500 s/f throughout Connecticut

Vidal/Wettenstein has completed the following leases: * Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging relocated into 14,000 s/f at 1000 Lafayette Blvd. The agency is the foremost provider of services and programs to the elderly. Randy Vidal of Vidal/Wettenstein represented the interests of Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Agency. Michael Marcante of Saugatuck Commercial acted as agent for the owner's. * LA Barnaby & Sons comes to Stratford. Over the past 65 years L.A. Barnaby and Sons has provided quality craftsmanship, dependability and above all a commitment to excellence. Services and products for the home and business include roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, skylights and more. After being displaced by a fire in their Bridgeport facility, Leon Barnaby moved the company into 3,000 s/f at 425 Benton St. Vidal assisted LA Barnaby and the owner's in completing the lease transaction. * NorCeadia, a manufacturer of specialty optics has leased 4,500 s/f at 80 Century Dr. in Stratford. The move to Stratford gives NorCeadia a central location to their customer base. They plan to be operational by the spring. Vidal provided the brokerage services on behalf of the owner's and NorCeadia.
