The property is a 9,903 s/f building on 1.6 acres. Tom Fini of SVN/Fini Group represented the seller, A.W. Perry - Nashua, LLC from Boston and assisted the buyer, 3 Holiday Circle, LLC from Washington, D.C. According to registry records the center was sold for $2.675 million.
