David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company, represented the seller, DRS Power Technologies and Joe Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the buyer. According to John McCarthy, he chose the property so that he could handle the several metro-west school bus contracts. He has 11 locations throughout the commonwealth.
