Paul Mulroy, senior vice president of O'Brien Commercial Properties, represented the seller, Elmore Patent Law Group, in the sale of 484 Groton Rd. Mulroy also procured the buyer, Timothy and Jennifer Rodgers, who will use the building for their law firm. The building was being marketed as three separate condos but they all sold to the same buyer and the space will be used as one large office building. The sale price was not disclosed.
