Scaralia of Albert Realtors completes two sales totaling $755,000

Albert Scaralia of Albert Realtors commercial division has sold the Knights of Columbus building at 1047 Park Ave. to ADL Properties, LLC for $620,000. The seller was Columbian Realty Corp. of Cranston. The 12,000 s/f building will be used as a healthcare facility. In another transaction, Scaralia brokered the $135,000 sale of 162 Fletcher Ave. to Frank and Susan Zincone. The seller of the 3,618 s/f building was W&J Realty Inc. The property is located on the corner of busy Atwood Ave. Albert Realtors has been in the business of selling real estate since 1963.
