In another transaction, Scaralia brokered the $135,000 sale of 162 Fletcher Ave. to Frank and Susan Zincone. The seller of the 3,618 s/f building was W&J Realty Inc. The property is located on the corner of busy Atwood Ave. Albert Realtors has been in the business of selling real estate since 1963.
