DANI Instruments, Inc. has completed a reverse merger with Spectra Analysis, Inc. The newly consolidated company has secured a long term lease for 5,600 s/f of office and lab space at The Marlborough Technology Center, located at 257 Simarano Dr. This new space will be used for R&D production and distribution of spectra analysis products for international sales. O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. negotiated the lease and represented the landlord, 257 Simarano, LLC in this lease.
