Anthony Donovan of KW Commercial and Dan Silva of KW Commercial Metropolitan have co-brokered the sale of the Weathervane Seafood Restaurant at 393 Rte. 101 for $850,000. The 10,336 s/f building sits on 10 acres. The new owners are restaurateurs who plan on razing the existing structure and replacing it with a a new 250-seat facility.
