ASM's Young Professionals Group held a special event this spring featuring the owners of three leading ASM subcontracting firms: Lindsay Drisko of ENE Systems, Steve Kenney of N.B Kenney Co., and Jim Miller of Salem Glass. The three company executives shared their views and advice on a variety of relevant topics, including what they look for in prospective employees; how to succeed in private, family-run businesses; on how to thrive professional and personally in the construction industry.
