TRB & Associates has brokered the sale of a mixed-use building totaling 14,392 s/f of office/retail space situated upon 1 acre at 530 Boston Post Rd. (Rte. 20) for $1.95 million. The building was 76% occupied at the time of sale by a mix of local office and retail tenants. Ferrgraz, LLC acquired the property from Marlborough Village Plaza LLC.

The new ownership entity has retained TRB & Associates exclusively to lease the remaining available office and retail space at the property.
In another transaction, TRB & Assoc. brokered the sale of a freestanding building totaling 10,838 s/f of retail space situated upon 1 acre at 104 Worcester St. (Rte. 9) in Natick, Mass. for $2.8 million. The building was vacant at the time of sale. 104 Natick Realty, LLC acquired the property from Bradford/Natick Realty Trust.
