Phase Zero Design, an award-winning architecture and interior design firm, reported new promotions in the firm.

New senior associates include Timothy Tobin, AIA, Shawn Bland, David Farrington and Mark Joyce, AIA. Those promoted to associate include Michael Godin, Christopher Milliard and Julie Cummings, NCIDQ.
