What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015? Helping to convince the legislature that an unemployment insurance tax increase on the construction industry would be unnecessary, and would unfairly penalize an industry that suffered immensely during the recent recession. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016? I expect the regional commercial real estate market to remain robust through 2016, as employers gain confidence about the economy, and businesses take advantage of our well-educated and highly skilled workforce.
