Dave Ellis, Conway Commercial

Easton, MA David Ellis of Conway Commercial brokered the sale of 802 Washington St., (Rte. 138) for $1.95 million. The industrial building consisted of 20,000 s/f of warehouse and office space situated on 2.73 acres.

Ellis represented the seller, DEK Realty Trust, and procured the buyer, Piece By Piece Movers LLC.
