Wellesley, MA The brokerage team of Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban of Haynes Management, Inc. had a very busy start to 2016 and recently represented six landlords in nine transactions totaling 16,226 s/f. All of the transactions were with new tenants joining the Haynes Management portfolio in the towns of Lexington, Marlborough and Wellesley.
A deal in Lexington at 1050 Waltham St. bring the building’s occupancy to 100%.
At 47 River St. in Wellesley Hills, two leases were signed and bring occupancy to 100%. Next door at 44 Washington St., a new roofing business joined the multi-tenant office building and bring its occupancy to 100%. At 37 Walnut St. in Wellesley Hills they leased 2,220 s/f to a venture capital firm and in Wellesley Sq. at 40 Grove St. a financial services group leased 1,306 s/f. 10 Laurel Ave. in Wellesley Hills is now 100% occupied with the leasing of a 1,518 s/f suite and next door at 16 Laurel Ave., a 2,675 s/f suite was leased.
Lastly in Marlborough at 2 Mount Royal Ave., a 3,789 s/f suite was leased by R.W. Holmes.
The outlook for a continued busy spring and start of summer looks very promising.
