I negotiated several very substantial first class retail leases in 2016 that led to high end Back Bay projects.

Projects including first class retail build-outs in our 20 Park Plaza office building and our Newbury St. properties. For example Akris, Miniluxe, and the iconic Steinway Piano.

As a result, The D.L. Saunders Real Estate Corp. was able to maintain a 98% occupancy rate throughout its portfolio of national and international properties.
