New Bedford, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of an office building located at 466 County St. The building consists of approximately 3,571 s/f, on .34 acre parcel.

The building was the Psychological Counseling Center for Dr. Jose Delgado for many years.

It will now be utilized by First Citizen’s Federal Credit Union, as they will relocate their 271 Union St. branch to this new location. First Citizen’s is headquartered at 200 Mill Rd. in Fairhaven.

The seller was, Jay Realty Trust and the buyer was South Coast Real Estate Holdings, LLC. The sale price was undisclosed. The seller was represented by Lori Nery from Coastal Commercial Real Estate.
