Northborough, MA Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) welcomed Tyler DeWolfe to its brokerage team in September. His resume already includes a 25,192 s/f leasing spree, as well procuring a direct buyer for a 38,000 s/f building at 123 Washington St. in Holliston that he just put under agreement.
The largest of the four leases was an 11,942 s/f tenant rep deal for Coastline Enterprise at 908 Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury. DeWolfe’s handling of this client’s market search has earned him a reference for thorough and meticulous work that would typically be reserved for a seasoned broker.
The other leasing assignments he recently completed were all direct deals on exclusive leasing assignments as follows:
• 5,000 s/f flex unit at 9 Kane Industrial Park in Hudson to Mech-el Industries, Inc.;
• 5,500 s/f new construction freestanding industrial building on Rte. 62 at 542 Main St. in Hudson to a landscaping company.
• 2,750 s/f direct deal sublease in a manufacturing space at 122 South St. in Hopkinton to Millibar.
DeWolfe lives in his hometown of Hopkinton, and is a recent graduate of The University of New Hampshire with a degree in Finance and a focus in Real Estate.
