Mayor Mary Clare Higgins, MassDevelopment president/CEO Robert Culver, Wright Builders founder/CEO Jonathan Wright and The Community Builders, Inc. development director Susan McCann joined local business leaders and state and city officials to break ground recently for the next phase of housing construction at the former Northampton State Hospital campus, and unveiled a multi-media marketing campaign for the project.   The event was held on Friday, May 16th at Village Hill Northampton behind the Hilltop Apartments on Village Hill Rd.
