Greenwich, CT According to CBRE Group, Inc., Jeffrey Dunne and Steven Bardsley of CBRE’s Institutional Properties team negotiated the $30.5 million sale of Two Soundview Dr. on behalf of an entity controlled by Ceruzzi Properties.

Two Soundview is a 38,000 s/f class A office building that is located at the train station in Greenwich Connecticut’s Central Business District. The property’s prime transit oriented location, is a 42 minute train ride to Grand Central Station and only one block from Greenwich Ave., renowned for its international and local retailers, as well as casual and fine dining restaurants.
