The property is net-leased to Pitney Bowes Presort Services, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes.
The Hartford space is used by Pitney Bowes to pre-sort first class mail. According to the company, it is one of their most productive plants in the U.S.
Fellah had previously negotiated a new lease for the 73,458 s/f space with Pitney Bowes. The property sits on 6.16 acres of land zoned I-2, Industrial.
The sale of this high quality asset was to a Manhattan-based real estate investment company adding to its portfolio of properties.
