R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc. recently negotiated two office leases totaling 40,000 s/f of space at Landmark One, 1 Van de Graaff Dr. The transactions included an expansion and lease term extension for 30,000 s/f with Adheris, Inc., who has been a tenant at Landmark One since 2004, and a new lease with Nexaweb Technologies, Inc. for 10,000 s/f. Designed by ADD Inc., Landmark One's architectural features include an 85-foot atrium and a lobby finished in granite and mahogany. Located off of Rte. 128 at Exit 33, the building is close to the Burlington Mall, Wayside Commons and other local retail amenities.
Don Campbell, president of R.M. Bradley represented the landlord, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers.
Since 1993, initially taking 13,000 s/f in 2004, Adheris Inc. has gradually expanded space in the building and will now be the largest tenant.
Howie Rodenstein, CFO of Adheris said, "the building's location, amenities, and the ability to accommodate our continued growth led to our decision to remain at Landmark One."
