Bret O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented Marathon Tool to procure new space of 8,750 s/f at 1376 West Central St. Marathon Tool is a distributor and dealer of power tools. The new space will be delivered with turn key office and show room built out by the owner of the property Paul Maggiore, who completed construction of the multi tenant industrial facility in late 2005.
