Condyne signs 60,000 s/f lease for VeryFine at Littleton Dist. Center

According to Condyne, Veryfine Beverages has signed a lease at the Littleton Distribution Center. The beverage company will occupy 60,000 s/f of the existing 240,000 s/f building. Condyne is building an additional 240,000 s/f expansion on the facility. The expansion is expected to be complete in the summer. Although Veryfine manufactures it's product in a separate plant, it will use the center for sorting, packaging and distribution. Veryfine also occupies 1,000 s/f of office space.
