Colony Mill Marketplace - Keene, NHKeene, NH Brady Sullivan Properties’ Colony Mill Marketplace and Center at Colony Mill in Keene became home to new businesses at the start of this year. Curry Restaurant, Southern NH Services and Bruce Carey Insurance opened at the Colony Mill Marketplace, while the Center at Colony Mill welcomed Adecco and Prospect Place. The five new tenants now occupy 6,100 s/f of retail and office space across the two locations.
The Manchester-based Southern NH Services brought its first outreach office to Keene, while Bruce Carey Insurance opened its primary location in the Monadnock Region. Curry Restaurant, which brings its distinctive Indian flavors to the region, rounds out the newcomers. The three new Colony Mill Marketplace tenants will utilize a combined 3,600 s/f.
The national staffing agency Adecco will open its Keene office over at the Center at Colony Mill, while Prospect Place will join them for a combined 2,500 s/f Brady Sullivan’s turn-key team built out customized spaces to meet each of these new tenants’ needs.
These five new tenant relationships were created by Benjamin Kelley, a member of Brady Sullivan’s commercial leasing team, under the direction of the director of commercial real estate, Charles Panasis.
